Your Instructor
Karen has been in the fitness industry for 30 years in a variety of roles including providing fitness music for classes, running fitness instructor training workshops and courses, as well as being a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
In recent years she has qualified as a Weight Management Consultant and Nutrition Coach.
Karen's passion is to educate people about fitness and nutrition so they can take charge of their bodies and their lives. There is so much confusing information out there - it just needs to be simplified so we can all enjoy our lives without stress.
