This course continues on from part A and the emphasis in this session is Strength training, Balance and Flexibility. We offer you a foundation training in Resistance based exercises using bars and dumbbells, as well as the use of the Fitball. Again some cardio options will be offered in the form of games and partner work. The course is based on the Triple F principle - Functionality, Fun and Fitness. These are all essential ingredients of a training program whether group based or one on one.
Note in order to gain CEC's you will be required to send in an assessment assignment which will be an additional $25. Full details within the course.
This popular workshop is presented face to face by Rayanne Hutchins and Rayanne also will be involved in assessing some of the courses as well.
Rayanne has been instructing for over 25 years; with her experience and knowledge she presents with flair and energy. Her focus is primarily on Fitness Training for Older Adults and all facets of Fitball.
She is passionate about bridging the gap between the Health and Fitness Industry and the fitness needs of the older population. As such, she is continuing to embrace and promote this area that is such a wonderful and fulfilling sector.
